If you would like to receive a copy of your student transcript from the Kansas City, Missouri School District, please send a written request and a two dollar check or money order to:

In your written request, please include the following information:
- Your name as it appeared when you last attended school in the District
- Your date of birth
- The school you graduated from or last attended in the District
- The year you graduated or last attended a school in the District
- Your current name and return address
Records for students who are currently enrolled in the District may be obtained from their schools.
Other school districts may fax their transcript requests to (816) 418-7546. Employers may inquire about graduation verification by calling (816) 418-7777.
Student Records (as they apply to the Military Recruiters)
The District is required to release the name, address and telephone listing of juniors and seniors to military recruiters and institutions of higher education upon request.
Parents or eligible students may request that the District not release this information, and the District shall comply with the request.
