The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report(CAFR) is prepared annually by the KCMSD Business and Finance Department. This report provides the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, citizens, financial institutions, grantor agencies and other interested parties reliable information concerning the financial condition of the district.
